Our first CFA-show!

		Swedens very first CFA-show, arranged by the club Swedish Cat Paws, took place on the 7th of november in Gothenburg and we were very proud to be there and thrilled to finally get the chance to show in CFA! It was a wonderful experience to attend a CFA-show for the first time! The judges were great at explaining how everything worked for the new exhibitors and gladly shared their knowledge about the breeds with curious visitors. As a member of the board for Swedish Cat Paws I would like to thank all who made this show possible, both judges and exhibitors who put in a great effort with everything from helping to build the show to sharing their experience with CFA-shows, we would not have made it without your generous help!
A Devon Rex seems to put a smile on every face!

Kirleekat's Rikki Tikki Tab-Ee with Jan Rogers		Rikkis coat was much admired.
		Above you can see Kirleekat's Rikki Tikki Tab-Ee who used all his charm on both judges and visitors and put a smile to many peoples faces during the day. He is truly an amazing cat with a lovely temperament and did a great job at showing the visitors what a wonderful breed the Devon Rex is. Many kids were delighted by both his soft coat and his adorable personality. He did get his 6 winner ribbons and is now a CFA Premier. He also made some finals: Jan Rogers 6th best AB Michael Schleissner 6th best AB Antonello Bardella 10th best AB Peter Vanwonterghem 10th best AB

		We also brought Rikkis daughter Pyssla a dilute calico, who you can see above, and his granddaughter Smulan, a calico. They shared their winner ribbons and best of breed equally between them, 3 each, and Smulan was also Michael Schleissners 10th best AB. We had so much fun showing CFA and we hope to see many more shows to come here in Sweden and a growing interest in CFA! We will hopefully be able to show more CFA in the future and be there with our devons, letting everyone know what a beautiful charming breed it is!
